Frequently asked questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Subscription at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the already-billed period and does not renew.

How are payments processed?

Payments are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. They accept international credit and debit cards. You receive the invoice by email directly from Paddle.

Is there a refund if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. We offer a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, no questions asked. See the Refund Policy for details.

What happens with my financial data?

Your data is yours. TraceKash is a tracking and visualization tool: we don't move money, we don't connect to your bank, and we don't sell information to third parties. You can export or delete your account whenever you want.

Why do paid plans say "Coming soon"?

We're finishing the payments integration with Paddle. In the meantime you can use the Free plan with no time limits. We'll notify you by email when Pro and Premium are available.
