1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Tracekash (available at tracekash.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Tracekash is a personal finance platform that lets you record and visualize your net financial position, income, fixed expenses, credit cards, loans, and budgets. The service also offers optional features such as importing transactions from Gmail emails and processing bank statements.

3. Eligibility

To use Tracekash you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you declare that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• You may not create fake accounts or impersonate other people.

5. Acceptable use

By using Tracekash, you agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Attempt to access other users' accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
• Use automated tools to access the service without authorization.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the service.

6. Financial data

The financial information you enter into Tracekash is yours. We use it solely to provide the service. We are a recording and visualization tool — we are not a bank, we do not process payments, and we have no access to your real bank accounts. Data accuracy depends on what you enter.

7. Service availability

We strive to keep Tracekash available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or temporarily suspend the service without prior notice.

8. Limitation of liability

Tracekash is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for financial losses, decisions made based on information shown on the platform, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. The information displayed is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of that country.
