Refund Policy

1. Summary
Tracekash offers a full refund within 14 days of the first payment for any paid subscription (Pro or Premium), no questions asked. The Free plan requires no payment and is therefore not subject to this policy.
2. Refund window
The 14-day window starts at the date and time of the first initial subscription charge, as recorded on the receipt issued by Paddle. Automatic renewals after the first payment are not eligible for a refund under this clause.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@tracekash.com from the email address associated with your account and include:
- Your name and the email of your Tracekash account.
- The Paddle transaction or invoice ID (you can find it in the payment confirmation email).
- Optionally, the reason for the refund (not required during the 14-day window).
4. Processing time
We process valid requests within 5 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your issuing bank (typically an additional 5 to 10 business days).
5. Non-refundable cases
The following cases are not eligible for a refund:
- Automatic renewals of the subscription after the first payment.
- Requests made after the 14-day window from the initial payment.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breaching the Terms of Service.
- Charges resulting from fraudulent use, abuse of the service, or attempts to circumvent policies.
- Plan downgrades: the change takes effect at the end of the billed period, with no prorated refund.
6. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription inside the app. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals, but your plan remains active until the end of the already-billed period. Cancellation alone does not generate a refund — if you want a refund of the most recent charge, you must request it as described in point 3.
7. Disputes and chargebacks
If you have an issue with a charge, contact us first at support@tracekash.com — we resolve most cases in less than 5 business days. Initiating a chargeback with your bank before giving us a chance to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account.
